Why it pays for itself
The audit anchors the price
Before you spend anything, the free audit turns your own numbers into a conservative monthly leak figure. The build is sized to recover it, and the dashboard shows the cash coming back.
Questions
Common questions
Why a build fee plus retainer?
The build stands up your capture-to-cash system, the retainer runs and optimises it. It is the standard model for a productised growth system, and it keeps incentives on results, not hours.
Is there a cheaper way to start?
The free leak audit costs nothing and shows the opportunity. Core is the entry build. We do not discount to win, we prove the recoverable cash first.
What about the running costs?
Telecom, SMS, email and model usage are passed through as running cost. We show them, we do not mark them up as a hidden margin.
